What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Hire, onboard, train, and manage a team of frontline sales colleagues in the designated area
- Facilitate collaboration between Sales and Operations to align goals and enhance performance
- Lead regular meetings to monitor team performance and focus on skill development
- Provide ongoing technical training on services offered in the assigned territory
- Monitor and ensure that the team meets or exceeds sales performance standards and KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one (1) year of experience in a relevant field with the employer
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze sales data and perform basic business mathematics
- Valid driver's license and ability to acquire necessary licenses/certificates
