      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales operations, meeting ambitious targets while building a sustainable pipeline of future opportunities
      - Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to project handoff, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
      - Build and maintain deep relationships across multiple levels of customer organizations to generate trust and loyalty
      - Use a consultative approach to understand customer business models, identifying how the employer's high-tech solutions add value
      - Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, and Service) to align efforts and enhance customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; degrees in Business or Economics are also considered
      - 5-10+ years of experience selling large capital industrial equipment, preferably in the food processing industry
      - Demonstrated success in managing large sales territories and key accounts with a focus on B2B sales
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal)
      - Proficiency in CRM systems, sales software, and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of regional food categories and a strong network within the industry are highly preferred
      - Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
