What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of group sales for The Cloudveil and SpringHill Suites Jackson Hole
- Build and maintain relationships with meeting planners and community members
- Attend tradeshows and represent both hotels in collaboration with the Marriott Global Sales Team
- Prepare proposals and contracts, and conduct site visits for potential clients
- Collaborate with hotel teams to create personalized menus and events that enhance guest experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably at an upscale, full-service hotel
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales aptitude, particularly in building relationships for upselling and re-booking business
- Strong problem resolution skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with banquet event orders and effective client communication
