      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct proactive outreach to generate group and event business, driving revenue growth
      - Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
      - Attend community events, tradeshows, and networking opportunities to promote properties
      - Collaborate with property teams to ensure successful execution of booked events
      - Utilize sales CRM to track and measure all sales activities and maintain awareness of market trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel group sales and catering, preferably in high-end or boutique settings
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Familiarity with cloud-based applications, particularly Google Suite
