      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver on the company's KPIs for the region by optimizing shelf space and executing sales growth strategies
      - Build and maintain positive relationships with key store contacts to secure incremental display space
      - Service an assigned account base consistently, conducting approximately 8-12 store visits per day
      - Educate consumers in stores about the brand and drive awareness through effective point-of-sale material
      - Collaborate with teammates on strategic initiatives and support the company's culture and values

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-5 years of experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry
      - Proven sales success track record with experience in various classes of trade including Grocery, Mass, Natural & Drug
      - Ability to lift 20lbs continuously for display building and product merchandising
      - Must possess a personal vehicle for travel to and from accounts
      - Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
