What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize client-provided data to contact healthcare providers and initiate contracting discussions
- Negotiate contract terms and rates with providers while ensuring compliance with client standards
- Update and document provider data and contracting activities accurately
- Provide feedback to clients based on interactions with prospective and newly contracted providers
- Track contract progress through the approval process and coordinate follow-ups as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in provider network development or contracting
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze problems and propose effective solutions
- Commitment to working 40 hours per week during normal business hours
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
