What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advisory and assistance services in managing the civilian readiness and talent management program
- Analyze policies and their impact on civilian readiness and talent management initiatives
- Facilitate meetings and forums to support the execution of objectives
- Develop detailed execution plans and coordinate with stakeholders for successful task execution
- Offer subject matter expertise in human capital management and data analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree with a minimum of five years of analytical experience in civilian human resources strategy or a bachelor's degree with ten years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of Army Staff operations and talent management life cycle
- Familiarity with Army talent management initiatives, strategic planning, and workforce development
- Secret Clearance required
- Must be a U.S. citizen
