      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide advisory and assistance services in managing and strategizing civilian readiness and talent management programs
      - Analyze policies impacting civilian readiness and talent management initiatives
      - Plan, execute, and facilitate meetings and forums for the Army's civilian readiness efforts
      - Develop detailed execution plans and coordinate stakeholder meetings to drive objectives
      - Provide subject matter expertise in human capital management and data analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree with a minimum of five years of analytical and evaluation experience in civilian human resources strategy, or a bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience
      - Extensive knowledge of Army Staff operations and talent management life cycle
      - In-depth understanding of Army talent management initiatives and workforce development
      - Must possess a Secret Clearance
      - U.S. Citizenship required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in marketing, graphic design, and data science
      - Familiarity with leadership development and employee engagement strategies
