What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture from an ABET or NAAB accredited institution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of program management tools and procedures
- Experience with Army facilities and installations programs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Excel functions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Registered PE, or RA
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Active DoD Security Clearance
- Portfolio / Program Management experience on DoD contracts
