Directs project teams and facilitates the integration of project deliver with government schedule and dependencies. Provides direction to On Site Managers and recommends solutions for the integration of subtasks to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources and subcontractors.
Serves as the focal point to GDIT Senior Leadership for program requirements
Serves as focal point to the Government for acceptance testing and acts as principal on-site representative for the PM for managing all tasks and subtasks during delivery, providing project status updates, including financial status.
Briefs and reports on significant issues, provides recommended solutions in a transparent manner, and takes corrective action to issues.
Manage the scope, schedule, and resource allocation for projects and sustaining activities
Assists the PM with the preparation and maintenance of security architecture documents that establish the operational, system and technical views of VoIP architecture
Oversees the delivery of Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR)
Facilitates Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) for issues / activities that affect scope, cost, and/or schedule
Manage delivery of contract deliverables
Manages cybersecurity activities across the enterprise and assist with security policies.
Supervise the assembly and review of security assessment and authorization (A&A) documentation in support of Risk Management Framework.
Ensure cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards documentation is accurate, current, and relevant.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external key stakeholders
10 years of management experience, 5 of which managing a program of similar size and scope for DoD or USG
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related discipline
Current DoD Secret clearance (minimum)
Possess a working knowledge of US Army and DoD IT Networks, Services and Programs such as NETMOD, MPLS, ICAN, DSN and Voice over IP systems.
Certifications (One or more of the following): PMP Project Management Professional; GSLC: GIAC Security Leadership Certification; GCPM: GIAC Certified Project Manager Certification; PgMP
Possess hands-on experience with DoD IT network and telecommunications deployments, upgrades, and integrations.

As a Program Manager supporting Army, you will be trusted to manage Voice Modernization Program involving services to include Site Surveys, Engineering Design, Implementation, Cybersecurity Engineering and Compliance, Risk Management Assessment, Authorization and Accreditation, and Vulnerability Management. Provide overall strategic management, defines the program scope and objectives, manages project scope, schedule, budget, and risk. Develop management plans, project documentation, work breakdown structures, project schedules, integrated master schedules, financial reports, and risk management documentation in support of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) projects.
