- You will execute creative concepts together with a copy partner at the direction of the creative director
- You will identify creative thinking towards big ideas
- You will present big ideas to clients using a variety of techniques
- You will visualize concepts and interpret them into design
- You will take ownership of creative work and leads the design team by example
- You will ensure the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product
- You will provide insightful, creative executions which positively impact the client’s business
- You will lead, motivate and develop the design team
- You will act as a main point of contact in the team for Account Management and Project Management

The purpose of the Art Director, Social role is to lead the immediate design team members and creative work with focus, commitment and an ever-increasing knowledge of all things design and art. You will realize concepts and big ideas with a dedication to producing the highest caliber of creative product.
Key responsibilities:
The hourly pay range for this position is $33.10-$54.11. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
