- Data entry and lead input.
- Send and follow up to sales emails.
- Collect, analyze data to support our customers.
- Assist our customers with ordering and shipping issues.
- Respond to customer inquires providing high level support solutions.
- Assist Artome Coordination Team with other tasks (Coordinate art shows, Spreadsheet manipulation, virtual product uploads, etc.)
- You will be the Art Show Primary contact.
- Assist the set-up and break-down of the Art Show displays.
- Help answer all questions, concerns and resolve issues.
- Help ensure accurate inventory counts are completed at the start/end of the event.
- Promote Artome suggested products.
- Assist the teacher, students and parents in locating art work.
- Must have valid Drivers License.
- Ability to travel 30 miles from home.
- Self Motivated with strong work ethic
- Personal Computer or Laptop
- Reliable internet connection
- Problem solver with proven customer resolution result skills
- Team oriented
- Moderate spreadsheet knowledge - Excel or Google Sheets
- Basic Math and Sale Skills
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time - Onsite art shows only
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs+ repetitively - Onsite art shows only
- Organized and Detail Oriented
- Punctuality and Time Management Skills
- Reliable transportation to and from Onsite art shows
- Strong client relationship building and management skills
- Cloud based CRM management Experience (Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot, Sugar, Bullhorn, Etc.)
- E-Commerce or website management Experience (Wordpress, HTML, Woocommerce, Shopify)
- Order Management (Shipstation, UPS Worldship)
- Social Media Management
Artome is the most experienced Youth Art Show provider in the Country!. Our team has taken part in thousands of school Art Shows over the past 10 years and we LOVE what we do! We work with Pre-School, Private, Elementary, Middle and High Schools to showcase the student artwork onsite and virtually in a professional gallery setting.
This position is Primarily a Remote position but will require some local travel!!! Artome is looking for candidates that want to join a fast growing team and contribute to our growth!!
Our Customer Service Support Representative will be responsible for the following:
Customer service: 75 % of the time
As an Art Show Customer Service Representative: 25% of the time
