What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with grant writing, event planning, and implementation
- Support advertising, marketing, and public relations efforts using both traditional and new media
- Maintain the department's website and manage bookkeeping tasks
- Archive and reproduce print and digital media; perform data entry
- Execute general office administrative tasks and assist in organizing teaching materials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current UW-Madison student or recent graduate
- Demonstrated skills in the arts and communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficiency in the Mac environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of social media for business use
- Familiarity with InDesign and QuickBooks
- Experience coordinating long-range projects
- Interest in performance, dance, or theater
