What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the team from concept design to deployment and post-implementation
- Clarify requirements with Business Analyst / CVS Technical Lead
- Provide estimation, conduct analysis, and create technical design
- Engineer code, conduct unit testing, and review/approve bug fixing
- Administer deployment plan review and provide ongoing support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 10 years of experience in AS/400, RPGILE, CLLE, SQLRPGLE, RxClaim Adjudication, and US Healthcare
- Strong technical skills in Synon, AS/400, RPGILE, CLLE, and SQLRPGLE
- Proficiency in ALDON activities and change control
- Ability to provide support and engage in quality assurance
- Familiarity with deployment processes and regression testing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a native AS/400 Technical Lead
- Experience with Guidewire or similar software
- Knowledge of ALDON activities and change control
