What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage billing collections processes from insurers and patients for Ambulatory Surgery Centers
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Address and resolve billing inquiries and assist patients with collections
- Perform patient accounting functions, including payment posting and reconciliation
- Review accounts within assigned inventory to ensure timely collection

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficient in Commercial, Medicare, and Medi-Cal billing and claims processing with knowledge of relevant rules and regulations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing and collections
- Previous customer service experience handling self-pay/private-pay patient receivables
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with payers, patients, and staff
- Demonstrated experience using computers and related programs and applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish and/or Vietnamese
- Experience in ASC billing and collections
