      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and pursue new leads, prospects, or clients to achieve specified production goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
      - Ability to manage multiple and evolving priorities
      - Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field
      - One (1) year of experience in commercial, small business, equipment financing, or outside sales
      - Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
      - Demonstrated results in meeting production sales goals
      - Developing negotiation and consultative sales skills
