What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) in alignment with client needs and business objectives
- Drive revenue growth within the professional services team by identifying new opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholder partner teams to create synergistic service solutions
- Engage with sales teams to ensure a unified approach to service delivery and client engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completed Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility
- Minimum 10 years’ experience designing, implementing, and integrating technology solutions
- Minimum 10 years’ experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment
- Proven experience in service delivery and revenue growth in Professional Services

- Demonstrated deep technical expertise in multiple technology areas, including Microsoft 365, Virtualization, Datacenter, Networking, or Security
