What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) in alignment with client needs and business objectives
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and optimizing service offerings within the professional services team
- Collaborate with partner teams to create synergistic service solutions
- Engage with sales teams to ensure a unified approach to service delivery and client engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure high satisfaction and retention levels

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completed Bachelor’s, Technical degree, or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility
- Minimum 10 years of experience designing, implementing, and integrating technology solutions
- Minimum 10 years of experience working with and migrating technology solutions
- Minimum 10 years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven experience in a similar role focused on service delivery and revenue growth in Professional Services
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated deep technical expertise in multiple technology areas including Microsoft 365, Virtualization, Datacenter, Networking, or Security
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and design solutions that meet business objectives and budget constraints
