- Provide courteous and knowledgeable troubleshooting support via phone, email, and in person

- Test systems to ensure functionality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates Degree in a relevant field and 1+ years of experience
- OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of Networking Experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Must undergo on-site training at Fort Worth, TX location

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in a relevant field
- Previous experience in technical support
- Familiarity with IP cameras and security systems
