Parts/Product Assembly Manufacturing experience is required
Basic computer experience is required
Must be capable and willing to learn the operation and basic care of mobile equipment such as order pickers, reach trucks and forklifts
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods

Ability to lift-up to 35 lbs.
Mechanical ability
At least 3 years Parts/Product Assembly Manufacturing experience
Heavy equipment manufacturing experience
Overhead hoists and/or crane experience
Torque tool experience
Intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/Knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) of Standard Assembly Tools and their applications
Intermediate proficiency with Standard Operating Procedures or Standard Work
Flexible mindset
Previous forklift experience

What you can expect:
As an Assembler you can expect to assemble large and heavy parts to complete units or subassemblies on machines. You will use hand tools, small power tools, and other special equipment/ tooling on a regular basis. Reassembles or reworks units as required. Assemblers report defects and need for repairs on mobile equipment by following safety check procedures as needed. Perform daily housekeeping functions as required. Ability to follow safety procedures, Standard Work Instructions and work in a safe manner.

Shift & Hours: 1st shift position (Mon-Thurs;); 6:00AM- 4:00PM
Location: Waco, TX with the BAWA Group (BCP Assembly Waco Attachment) Compensation: $18.93/hour; some mandatory overtime typically on Friday
Includes a comprehensive full-time benefit package. No relocation assistance is available for this position. Must be able to work mandatory overtime on Fridays as needed to support business needs.
