Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated assembler for a custom manufacturer of industrial packaging. At this facility, we create industrial-sized custom crates and have a smaller corrugated boxing line. The engineering team provides custom drawings for each order, which include a 'saw card' listing all the wood dimensions needed for crate assembly. Candidates will engage in repetitive assembly of 10-foot long, 4-feet wide, and deep crates for a special project, building components such as bases, lids, ends, and shelves using nail guns, installing hinges with impact drivers and screws, and assembling the crate walls to completion. Rotation through helper roles for cutting lumber to size using table saws is possible. Comfort with using a tape measure is required. All tools are provided, but candidates are welcome to bring their own if they prefer.

Work Environment
Our non-unionized shop is small but growing, with 18 assemblers, and engineering and sales teams on-site. The facility is large, bright, and clean, emphasizing teamwork and a laid-back work environment. We operate one afternoon shift from Monday to Friday, with availability for overtime on occasional Saturdays. The day shift is Monday-Friday - 6:00am - 3:30pm
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.25/hr.
