      JOB SCOPE:

      · Assemble and teardown engines in accordance with established procedures utilizing hand and power tools, and necessary measuring tools to ensure proper fit of components. Paint components, sub-assemblies and engines using all methods such as spraying, brushing and dipping; wash engines, mask/unmask and wipe machined surfaces. Use all tools necessary to make any sub-assemblies of aircraft engine parts including stud driving, pressing in, drilling, reaming and pinning of bushings.

      · Remove slave parts then Alox and trim engines. Touchup engine paint using all methods such as spraying, brushing; wash engines and wipe engine surfaces. Use all tools necessary to complete rework tasks. Prepare engine for shipment.

      · Technical skills required in applying finishes, reading and utilizing blueprints, Bill of Material, processes, and measuring instruments to complete tasks.

      RESPONSIBILITES:

      · Perform assigned tasks to required quality and production standards.

      · Maintain equipment, tools and work area in a safe and clean condition.

      · Perform other duties as required.

      · Prepare and/or maintain all necessary documentation.

      Move within the department to learn up to 12 operations.

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      · High School Diploma or GED
