What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the maintenance of over 120,000 facilities equipment records in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Administer and track preventive maintenance data for operational coordination and regulatory compliance
- Generate asset data and carry out data analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Track regulated systems and establish preventive maintenance procedures for new assets
- Lead special projects related to Asset Management that align with the organization's mission and values
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in programming, statistical methods, or database management
- Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Power BI
- Strong customer relations and organizational skills

- Experience with facilities management certification/accreditation
- Knowledge of data management and analysis principles
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
