Your role

Do you enjoy being part of a passionate team to deliver strategic and regulatory projects? Do you enjoy collaborating with partners across a broad range functions and businesses to make change happen in the Asset Management division? Do you have experience as a business analyst, project manager or project management officer (PMO)?

The Transformation and Change team in the Asset Management division is looking for someone like that to:

• Take a lead role on regulatory and business projects and/or project workstreams, contributing to and managing analysis, design, and implementation
• Help business stakeholders understand the impact of regulatory and business-driven initiatives on their products and processes so they can make changes to ensure compliance with new regulations
• Support project managers and subject matter experts to refine and document changes to their target operating models
• Contribute to planning and project management, reporting on milestones, risks, actions, issues, and dependencies
• Assist in the resolution of critical risks and issues on the project or workstream
• Create comprehensive management presentations and reporting packs to communicate the regulation, project design and status to stakeholders
• Prepare for and document the outcome of key committees and meetings (agenda definition, meeting minutes, action lists)

Your team

You will be working in the Transformation and Change team which forms part of UBS Asset Management’s COO function. The team comprises a range of change professionals responsible for delivering strategic business projects, business transformation projects and regulatory change. Our team’s role is to help the business adapt to change through our four key focus areas: comprehension of the changes required due to business initiatives & legislation, communication of those changes to our business stakeholders, design of fit for purpose solutions, and delivery of change into the organization.

Your expertise

• At least 2 years of project delivery, business analysis or PMO experience in the financial services industry
• PowerPoint and Excel skills a must - Power BI or Tableau experience a plus
• Experience with Asset Management, Sustainable Investing, and/or regulatory reporting a strong advantage
• German language skills would be an advantage
• Strong analytical background, attention to detail along with structured organization and planning skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to manage and deliver to deadlines
