What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct engagement with client organizations to understand their processes and integrate software solutions
- Configuration and deployment of SaaS product updates for new and existing clients
- Respond to client support requests, phone calls, and emails in a timely manner
- Train clients on how to effectively use Schneider Geospatial software products
- Develop documentation and reference materials for implementation, training, and support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Public Works/Administration, Database Administration, GIS, Geography, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or relevant combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three years of GIS software experience
- Minimum of three years of public works asset management implementation, training, and support
- Strong desire to support software solutions that address customer problems
- Experience with local government operations, particularly in infrastructure and asset management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Schneider Geospatial's SimpliCITY software products
- Familiarity with Structured Query Language (SQL) and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)
- Strong understanding of asset life cycle management and capital planning mathematics
- Candidates located in the New England region of the U.S. will be preferred
