What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, develop, and direct research activities for programs and services for clients
- Develop abstracts, goals, and plans for applied research
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations governing home health care services
- Maintain ongoing liaison with Agency staff and assure the accuracy of public information materials
- Participate in establishing public relations and marketing programs to enhance understanding of home care

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be an experienced clinician, registered nurse, or hold an associate's degree or equivalent credits
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Availability during all operating hours

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in health service administration
- Familiarity with legislative, community, and third-party payer issues impacting home health care
