      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop abstracts, goals, and plans for applied research related to home care services
      - Assess organizational goals and plan work to achieve them effectively
      - Ensure availability during all operating hours, providing leadership and support
      - Identify and address legislative and community issues affecting research and activity plans
      - Maintain relationships with agency staff and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be an experienced clinician, registered nurse, or hold an associate's degree with relevant credits
      - Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related field
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships within the team and with clients
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in health service administration beyond the minimum requirement
      - Familiarity with data collection and reporting systems in a healthcare setting
      - Background in public relations or marketing within the health care community
