What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Senior Technical Designer throughout the fit process, ensuring garment specifications and quality meet established standards
- Participate in weekly fit sessions and product review meetings
- Communicate with vendors regarding fit stage approvals and questions
- Develop and maintain evaluations and sample measurements at various fit stages
- Collaborate with Design, Merchant, and Planning teams to ensure product alignment with quality and pricing goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year Degree in Apparel and Technical Design
- Experience in Technical Design with garment specifications and an understanding of garment construction
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Experience in the apparel category with proven expertise
- Familiarity with patterning techniques
- Ability to work in less structured or entrepreneurial environments
