What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate potential violations of antitrust and consumer protection laws and regulations
- Analyze complex economic and legal issues related to antitrust matters
- Collaborate with other government agencies on antitrust enforcement efforts
- Represent the government in antitrust litigation
- Provide legal advice and guidance on antitrust policy matters

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Member in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar upon appointment
- Experience in preparing and drafting complaints, pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Experience conducting party, third-party, and expert discovery
- Experience in negotiating with opposing counsel
- Experience handling motion hearings or other court proceedings

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Complex civil litigation experience (including antitrust, class action, commercial, or intellectual property)
- Experience investigating and building cases for civil law enforcement actions or criminal prosecutions
- Educational background and/or experience in economics or data science
