      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide legal advice and representation in the enforcement of criminal statutes and commencement of criminal actions
      - Emphasize complex financial and labor exploitation crimes in legal proceedings
      - Collaborate professionally within the division and across departments on various projects and assignments
      - Manage workload effectively while exercising sound judgment in legal analysis
      - Perform administrative functions and duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have professional law experience, including negotiating case resolutions
      - First-chair experience litigating motion hearings, evidentiary hearings, oral arguments, and jury trials
      - Experience litigating criminal cases at the state and/or federal level, including preparing legal documents and managing cases from investigation through post-conviction
      - Must be a member in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar upon appointment
      - High speed internet access is required for remote work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Training or experience in labor exploitation, such as labor trafficking or payroll fraud
      - Experience litigating complex financial criminal cases, like money laundering or wire fraud
      - Background in environmental or consumer protection cases
      - Post-conviction litigation experience, including research and writing for appellate courts
      - Experience training professional audiences on legal topics
