      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide legal advice and representation services in civil appeals and complex trial-court litigation
      - Conduct in-depth research on complex legal questions
      - Draft judicial decisions, briefs, and legal pleadings
      - Collaborate on interdivisional and interdepartmental projects and assignments
      - Perform administrative functions and other duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a member in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar upon appointment
      - Experience conducting in-depth research on complex legal questions
      - Experience writing judicial decisions, briefs, or legal pleadings as the primary drafter
      - Oral advocacy experience in any court, administrative proceeding, or moot court
      - Experience working in a clerkship or for a court at the state appellate or federal level, or similar experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience serving as counsel in complex litigation in state or federal court
      - Exceptional performance in law school, such as law review or moot court membership
      - Experience drafting or responding to written discovery and conducting trials
      - Experience working as part of a team on complex professional projects
