      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Enhance local communities' capacity to develop effective law enforcement and prosecution strategies against violent crimes
      - Provide technical assistance and training statewide related to domestic violence and victim services
      - Represent the State of Wisconsin in circuit or appellate courts for cases involving domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking
      - Collaborate professionally within the division and on interdivisional projects and tasks
      - Perform grant reporting functions and other assigned duties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have experience serving as first or second chair on multiple felony jury trials
      - Experience preparing and drafting pleadings in felony domestic abuse cases
      - Ability to analyze facts and evidence in criminal domestic abuse cases
      - Must be a member in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar upon appointment
      - Experience assisting law enforcement with investigations related to domestic abuse cases

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience serving as first chair on multiple felony domestic abuse jury trials
      - Background in prosecuting complex felony domestic abuse cases
      - Experience mentoring, training, and/or advising prosecutors
      - Knowledge of pretrial litigation strategies, including expert witness testimony and presenting forensic evidence
      - Experience drafting and arguing various motions related to domestic abuse cases
