- Perform clinical tasks including hearing tests, repairing hearing aids and advising patients on using their aids
- Perform administrative tasks

- IT proficiency, with basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office

- Experience in a clinical, client-centred, or public-facing role, including experience working with the public
- Work within the NHS
- Experience with hearing impaired individuals
- Demonstrated interest in audiology and direct patient care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good literacy and numeracy
- Eligible for apprenticeship programme - resident in UK/EU for at least 3 years.
- Problem-solving skills
