- Perform routine maintenance tasks (painting, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
- Ensure hotel security and safety compliance.
- Maintain system documentation and manage HVAC, pool, and boiler systems.
- Respond to guest service requests and maintain hotel aesthetics.
- Support team member recognition and training programs.
- Follow company policies and maintain a clean work environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance operations.
- Vocational certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in maintenance.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform various physical activities.
- Flexible schedule with potential night and weekend shifts.
