How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least one year of property management experience (residential or commercial) or at least two years of experience in collections, building mechanical or construction trade, commercial insurance, building and zoning codes, bookkeeping, or commercial real estate
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
