What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Manage daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and assist with internal and external audits
- Conduct variance analysis and support strategic financial planning

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Workday, NetSuite)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience with system integration
