What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently perform month-end and year-end close procedures
- Prepare analytics and reviews of large data sets to identify opportunities
- Evaluate process flows and identify key reports and relevant internal controls
- Collaborate with various departments to create and maintain efficient workflows
- Research technical accounting matters and ensure proper accounting treatment under U.S. GAAP

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and a CPA is required
- At least 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5 years of Big4 public accounting experience
- Solid understanding of GAAP and ability to research technical accounting matters
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose effective solutions
- Must be organized and an effective project manager

- Comfort in working independently as needed
- Willingness to work prolonged hours to meet deadlines
