What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement
- Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP accounting principles and maintain documentation for compliance
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy of financial data
- Lead and develop the financial accounting and accounts payable teams, fostering a culture of accountability

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in corporate accounting, particularly in project-based or construction accounting
- Advanced understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks
- Proficiency with ERP systems and strong Excel modeling skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting IPO readiness or working in a public company environment
- Knowledge of renewable energy incentives and grant compliance
