What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in managing accounts payable processing, including data entry and vendor invoice reconciliation
- Support oversight of external accounting and bookkeeping providers
- Help implement and manage SOX processes for Finance and Accounting
- Prepare monthly financial reports for the Corporate finance department
- Assist in achieving budget objectives by tracking expenditures and analyzing variances

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
- CPA preferred
- 3-7 years of experience in a multi-site accounting role handling reporting and reconciliations
- Strong knowledge of ERP Systems (Oracle Fusion preferred) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet monthly deadlines

- Experience in start-ups with the ability to scale SOX and GAAP processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
