What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the organization's first-year financial statement audit readiness
- Serve as a key finance and accounting resource, collaborating with external auditors and maintaining a thorough understanding of financial reporting and general ledger structure
- Act as the internal accounting point of contact for operations, including revenue recording, accounts payable oversight, and audit support for both U.S. and Singapore entities
- Review and maintain finance-related policies and procedures, assessing processes, controls, and governance
- Conduct complex audit procedures and develop internal-focused audit readiness strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in Accounting required
- CPA designation required
- Auditing experience in public accounting required
- Extraordinary Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proficiency in IFRS, US GAAP, and regulatory reporting
