      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the US monthly close process, including oversight of journal entry postings and account reconciliations
      - Ensure US finance practices align with Evidence Action policies and comply with GAAP
      - Administer Evidence Action's use of Intacct, managing user access globally and ensuring system improvements
      - Collaborate in preparing for the annual global audit and tax filing, supporting branch country audits
      - Implement improved accounting processes and software systems to enhance efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6 to 10 years' experience in a finance role within a nonprofit with a global footprint
      - 3+ years of experience supervising direct reports in a growth-oriented role
      - Familiarity with Sage Intacct and intermediate proficiency in Excel for data analysis
      - Experience with global consolidation across multiple currencies and the annual audit process
      - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in a matrixed environment
