What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and supervise the SSC Accounting department to ensure effective service to operating groups
- Oversee financial statement preparation related to month-end close and annual reporting
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and related analysis for service center ledgers
- Ensure adherence to vendor relationship policies during accounts payable processing
- Select, train, and evaluate performance of Accounting management to ensure quality service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Minimum two years of experience in Accounting required
- Minimum one year of management experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare provider business office operations preferred
- CPA preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct experience in general Hospital Finance/Accounting and Hospital Net Revenue Analysis
- Relevant education that may substitute for experience with SSC Executive approval
