What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and manage creative briefs and project requests to ensure clear intake and organization
- Utilize Workfront Project Management tool for project intake, conversion, and closure, building timelines as necessary
- Prioritize projects, adjust workflow, and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Conduct daily check-ins with designers and editors to ensure project timelines are met
- Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams, relaying feedback and keeping all parties informed of project statuses

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Traffic/Project Management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and effective follow-through
- High degree of collaboration and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and interface with individuals at all levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively when necessary
