      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a liaison and technical support for the Office of Student Financial Services and Revenue and Receivables teams
      - Manage weekly meetings to address Banner SaaS issues and track resolution progress
      - Provide training for the creation and maintenance of testing processes
      - Coordinate with the Ellucian CSM team to address stakeholder needs
      - Oversee the review of necessary insights and rules in Banner SaaS for financial aid and student billing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in a relevant field
      - 5-8 years of work experience in Financial Aid, with knowledge of SQL rules
      - 3-5 years of experience with Revenue and Receivables and understanding of Banner SaaS functionality
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with strong analytical skills
      - Strong understanding of Federal regulations related to the Department of Education

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the Banner student information system and related business functions
      - Proven track record of managing IT projects in a complex, decentralized environment
      - Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities
      - Ability to build effective working relationships across departments and with executive stakeholders
