What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee design and construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on budget and schedule
- Manage risks related to project delivery, including legal and contractual issues
- Develop, track, and modify project schedules and budgets throughout all project phases
- Serve as a liaison between various stakeholders, including RVPs and CEOs
- Continuously seek innovative methods to enhance project performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of design and construction experience in an acute or behavioral hospital setting
- Strong leadership skills and full-service project management experience
- Exemplary management skills on projects exceeding $50M
- Familiarity with local AHJs and applicable approval processes
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in transition planning and development
- Strong negotiating skills and interpersonal skills to lead vendors
- Proven ability to maximize project team members’ skill sets for positive outcomes
