      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership and accountability over the design and construction team to ensure projects are delivered on budget and schedule
      - Develop, track, update, and modify project schedules and budgets throughout all phases of each project
      - Serve as a liaison between Acute/BH RVPs, CEOs, and Design & Construction, engaging in scope and budget development
      - Issue monthly reports to senior leadership and selected corporate entities regarding project status
      - Continuously seek methods to improve performance through innovation and by challenging assumptions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of Design and Construction experience in an Acute or Behavioral Hospital setting
      - Strong leadership skills and full-service project management experience overseeing both design and construction
      - Proven negotiating skills and strong interpersonal skills to lead vendors
      - Exemplary management skills on projects over $50M with a focus on maximizing team member skill sets
      - Familiarity with local AHJ’s and applicable approval processes is a favorable skill-set

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in transition planning and development within healthcare settings
      - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
      - Knowledge of code and permit requirements in healthcare construction
      - Previous experience in a leadership role within a healthcare organization
