      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership and accountability for the design and construction team to ensure projects are delivered on budget and schedule
      - Develop, track, update, and modify project schedules and budgets throughout all project phases
      - Act as a liaison between Acute/BH RVPs, CEOs, and the design and construction team, engaging in upfront scope and budget development
      - Prepare and issue monthly reports to senior leadership and corporate entities
      - Continuously seek innovative methods to improve project performance and outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of design and construction experience in an acute hospital setting
      - Strong leadership and full-service project management experience overseeing design and construction
      - Proven negotiating skills and exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
      - Experience managing projects over $50M while ensuring accountability and positive outcomes
      - Familiarity with local AHJ’s and applicable approval processes is a favorable skill set

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in transition planning and some development experience
      - Knowledge of code and permit requirements for healthcare facilities
