What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership and accountability to ensure projects are delivered on budget and schedule
- Develop, track, update, forecast, and modify project schedules and budgets throughout all phases
- Act as a liaison between Acute/BH RVPs, CEOs, and the Design and Construction team
- Issue monthly reports to senior leadership and corporate entities on project status
- Seek continuous improvement through innovative practices and challenging existing assumptions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of Design and Construction experience in an Acute or Behavioral Hospital setting
- Strong leadership skills and full-service project management experience overseeing both design and construction
- Exemplary management skills on projects over $50M
- Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills to effectively lead vendors
- Familiarity with local AHJs and applicable approval processes is favorable

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in transition planning and some development experience
- Knowledge of code and permit requirements in the healthcare sector
- Proven ability to maximize project team members’ skill sets for positive project outcomes
