What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership and accountability over design and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on budget and schedule
- Develop, track, and modify project schedules and budgets throughout all phases of construction, ensuring adherence to best practices
- Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, including Acute/BH RVPs and CEOs, for project scope and budget development
- Issue monthly reports to senior leadership and relevant corporate entities
- Continuously seek methods to improve project performance through innovative approaches

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of design and construction experience in an acute or behavioral hospital setting
- Strong leadership skills with full-service project management experience overseeing design and construction
- Proven negotiating and interpersonal skills to effectively lead vendors and make solid business decisions
- Experience managing projects over $50M, ensuring accountability and positive outcomes
- Familiarity with local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) and applicable approval processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in transition planning and some development experience in healthcare settings
- Knowledge of code and permit requirements specific to healthcare construction
