What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead design and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on budget and schedule
- Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to Behavioral Health/Acute best practices
- Serve as a liaison between various stakeholders, including RVPs and CEOs, during project development
- Prepare and present monthly reports to senior leadership and corporate entities
- Continuously seek improvements and innovations in project delivery and performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of design and construction experience in an acute hospital setting
- Strong leadership and full-service project management experience overseeing design and construction
- Demonstrated negotiating skills and exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing projects over $50M while maximizing team member skills
- Familiarity with local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) and approval processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in transition planning and some development experience within the healthcare sector
- Knowledge of relevant code and permit requirements
